let's wait and see how brown handles brussels before we start to panic.

about boris. obviously he wouldn't have risen so fast on cleverness alone. but i don't want to see a responsible boris johnson. he reminds me of jingle in "pickwick papers". i think the world's a much sunnier place with an irresponsible boris bicycling about.
